Porter Property Brothers provides property services in Mahoning and Trumbull County, Ohio. Online estimates and pricing shown on the site are guides unless confirmed in writing by us. Weather, site conditions, and scope changes may affect final pricing and scheduling.

- Portal access is provided to clients by invitation or staff setup.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the portal.

- Disrupt the site, probe security, or upload malicious content.

Information you submit (including photos and property notes) should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us permission to use that information to perform and schedule services. Messages through the portal may be reviewed by staff for operations and quality.
Payments
Invoices and payment terms are provided separately. Online card payment may be added in the future; until then, follow payment instructions on your invoice or from our team.
Disclaimer
The site and portal are provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for claims related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no payment applies, whichever is greater, except where Ohio law does not allow such limitation.
